Job Title:
Enrollment Services Operations Coordinator
Summary:
This person works closely with the Vice President and all the Directors of the Enrollment Services staff to coordinate three key components of the operation 1/3 time providing administrative assistance to the Vice President, 1/3 time coordinating visits & presentations for Admissions guests, and 1/3 time providing assistance with various enrollment technology tools.
This position reports directly to the Vice President for Marketing & Enrollment Management. Pay is $12/hour, plus benefit package.
Duties:
- Work with the directors of all four units within the Enrollment Services & Communications team to provide and maintain an inventory of general office supplies.
- Will be a key player in the planning and execution of Open House events.
- Will develop and maintain technology tools such at Virtual Advisor, VIP pages, and web pages.
- Will coordinate and monitor the quality of campus visits for the Admissions area.
- Will assure that incoming and outgoing mail for all ES&C units is moved, sorted, and delivered in a timely manner.
- Serve as a member of the Enrollment Services & Communications Leadership team.
- Will take the lead in building and maintaining an ES&C Policies & Procedures Manual.
- Will manage the vice president's calendar and assist with various projects.
- Will maintain information on vendor contracts, ES&C committee meetings, etc.
- All other tasks assigned by the Vice President for Marketing & Enrollment Management
