In addition, students interested in graduate school in the areas of creative writing, communication, journalism, law, literature, media production, and theatre—as well as those who plan to go to seminary—should consider a major in English.
The Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in English expands the core of a liberal arts education by offering students:
- A broad exposure to significant literary texts, and
- Enhancement of writing and other communication skills.
Undergirding these studies is the union of Christian faith and intellect as a foundation on which graduates may build meaningful lives of service. |
