Master of Arts in Education (K-6)
Have you been teaching in a K-6 classroom for at least a year? Are you ready to take your career to the next level with a master's degree? Taking classes just one night a week, one course at a time, you can complete your degree in as little as eighteen months.
The Master of Arts in Education (K-6) program is designed specifically for the professional educator. The M.A.Ed. integrates academic coursework with practical teaching applications from a Christian world view. Focus is placed on philosophical and psychological learning theory, appropriate instructional strategies, critical thinking, and contemporary issues and assessment. Course work includes a high degree of personal involvement in the student's learning process and is directed toward the development of materials, resources, strategies and solutions for today's classroom. |
