Kim Staley added 16 points, four rebounds, and four blocked shots. Montreat shot just above 46% from the floor, while Alice Loyd was held to 43%. Shooting nearly twice the amount of 3-pointers, the Lady Eagles out performed Montreat from behind the arc 42% to 30%, as the Lady Cavs were only 3-for-10.
Montreat is on track for one of its best seasons in a number of years. They will put their 7-7 record on the line as they travel to AAC opponent King College on Wednesday, January 9th.
