Montreat Women's Golf Team finishes in Fourth Place in Piedmont College Spring Tournament
(Rutledge, GA) -- The Montreat College Women's Golf Team finished 4th out of 7 teams in the Piedmont College Spring Tournament. The tournament was held at The Creek Golf Course at Hard Labor State Park in Rutledge, GA on Sunday, March 18th and Mondya, March 19th.
Final Results-Order of Team Finish;
1). Methodist College - 332-329=661
2). South Carolina State University - 375-357=732
3). Centre College - 375-380=755
4). Montreat College - 390-379=769
5). Thomas University - 389-386=775
6). Piedmont College - 405-392=797
7). Tennessee Wesleyan College - 402-398=800.
Montreat and Tennessee Wesleyan were the only AAC conference schools in the tournament, with the Lady Cavaliers finishing 31 shots better than TWC in the final results.
