(Bristol, VA)-The Montreat College women's soccer team lost to Virginia Intermont College, 8-1, in the first round of the Appalachian Athletic Conference women's soccer tournament, on Tuesday, October 24.

Scoring the only goal for the Lady Cavaliers; Erin Rodriguez-(Sr. Fremont, MI). She was assisted on the goal by Amanda Solesbee-(Jr. Hickory, NC). Amanda Solesbee finishes the season with 22 goals and 11 assists.

The Lady Cavaliers finish the season with a 2-7 Appalachian Athletic Conference record and 8-10 record overall.
