In game one the Montreat Lady Cavaliers lost to defending AAC champs UVA-Wise 4-2. Haven Payne gave up four earned runs and the Lady Cavs were led in hitting by Rachel Stowe (pictured) who went 1 for 3(HR), with two rbi's. In game two the Lady Cavaliers could not capatilize with runners on base, leaving eight stranded for the game losing 5-3. In the game Montreat was lead in hitting by Brittany Burns, who blasted her first homerun of the season, going 1-3 with one rbi, Haven Payne who was 1-3 with a double, and Kayla Duvall who was 1-1, with a double and an RBI.

The Lady Cavs are back in action on Wednesday at home, facing Tennessee Wesleyan at home beginning at 2pm.
