Montreat College

Montreat College (founded in 1916) is a Christian Liberal Arts college with a history in the Presbyterian and reformed tradition. Montreat College is proud to be a member of the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities (CCCU), serving as North Carolina's only member institution.

All Applicants must submit:

Application and essay, application fee of $30, official transcripts or GED, and Recommendation


Standard Admissions Requirements for the following:

First Time Freshman: Highschool Graduate, GED recipient, Home Schooled or a College Student with less than 24 credits...

Because the success of our students is important to us, students who do not meet standard admissions requirements may be selected to participate in an individual entrance interview with the Director of Admissions to be considered for acceptance.
