The Office of Records and Registration maintains all of the student records from admission to graduation. We serve our students, faculty, staff, and alumni by providing this information when necessary. While some of our processes must be done in person, these pages contain information that you would otherwise need to place a phone call to receive.
If you do need information that is not online, please contact us at 828-669-8012, extension 3735 or come by the office. During the Fall and Spring semesters, our hours are Monday - Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Fridays, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. During the summer and holidays, our office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We are located on the first floor of Gaither Chapel at the Montreat campus.
