Admission Requirements

What are the admission requirements?


ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS: HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT

Required Courses:

Four English Courses
Three Math Courses (must have Algebra I, II, and Geometry)
Three Social Studies Courses
Three Science Courses
One Foreign Language Course

Required Test:

Either the ACT or the SAT

We also review class rank (where available) and a student essay when considering a student for admission.

We use a sliding scale to measure a student's grade point average and test scores for admittance.


ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS: TRANSFER STUDENT

Students must have a minimum 2.0 college GPA

A student must have at least 24 transferable hours from an accredited two-year or four-year college or university to be considered a transfer student. Less than 24 hours is considered a new student/freshman status and must provide the information listed above.

24-60 hours is considered sophomore status
60-90 hours is considered junior status
90-more hours is considered senior status
