The Office of Records and Registration maintains all of the student records from admission to graduation. We serve our students, faculty, staff, and alumni by providing this information when necessary. While some of our processes must be done in person, these pages contain information that you would otherwise need to place a phone call to get.

During the Fall and Spring semesters, our hours are Monday - Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Fridays, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  During the summer, our office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We are located on the first floor of Gaither Hall on the Montreat campus.
