Although face-to-face consultation is preferred, electronic consultation is also available to assist students not located at the Montreat campus, including students in the School of Professional and Adult Studies, or otherwise unable to visit the Writing Center.

E-mail your draft to a writing consultant at writingtutor@montreat.edu; copy and paste your paper directly into your e-mail message, and include a description of the assignment and the type of help you need. 

You will normally receive a response from a writing consultant within 48 hours, Sunday through Thursday, when the traditional semester is in session (beginning the third week of classes and ending the week before final exams); requests received on Thursday will normally be answered on Monday.
