Payments Online - Pay your bill online using our secure PayPal site. Have your credit card information and your Student ID number (found on your bill) and amount you owe ready. You can view your bill using Self Service (see link and information below).
CFI/CFNC Payment Plan – Monthly payment plan options. This is not a loan, but an arrangement to divide your balance due into monthly payments for the semester or for the entire academic year.
UHCSR - Check here for information about student health insurance coverage.
FAFSA (Financial Aid) – Submit to qualify for federal student aid.
http://ipromise.campuspartners.com - Check here for entrance counseling for those newly awarded Perkins loans. Students will be informed by financial aid if this is necessary.
www.mycampusloan.com - For those awarded Perkins loans who have already done their entrance counseling, this site will show a student's Perkins loan information. This is also the site to use to do exit interviews when leaving the college.
Self-Service
Be advised that current charges and anticipated financial aid may temporarily be removed while being updated. Please allow 3-5 business days from receipt for payments to be posted to your student account.
View your student account and financial aid online at Self-Service.
1. Log into Self-Service
2. Choose the “Finances” tab, then click "balance" on the upper left
3. Choose the year/term you want to view in the Period dropdown box on the left.
4. Choose “Detail by Charges/Credits” under “View” on the left.
5. Click the change button to view your account.
Charges are listed first; these include tuition, room, board, services, refunds, fees and fines.
Credits are listed second; these include your payments and any financial aid that has been received.
Anticipated Financial Aid is listed third; this is any aid you were awarded that has not yet arrived.
On the lower right, you will see the current “Balance Due”. These are the charges on your account minus the actual payments received to date.
Under that is your total remaining anticipated aid for the term.
At the bottom is your anticipated balance.
The anticipated balance is what you owe for the term once all your aid has come in. If it is a positive number, it is the amount you owe Montreat College.
You may pay online by clicking the link on the left for payments online.
If the anticipated balance is a negative number, for example ($210), it means you will have an overpayment, or credit once all your aid comes in. A pending credit may be used at the bookstore by filling out a bookstore voucher. Vouchers are available right in the Bookstore.
A credit can be refunded to you by check once all the aid arrives; simply send in a credit balance request form. (Forms are available at the Forms link on left, or outside the Admissions Office)
If you do not request a refund, the credit will roll forward as a payment to your next term. Once you graduate, or are no longer enrolled as a student, any credit left on your account will be automatically sent to the address we have on file for you.
View and print your 1098-T form
1098-T forms from 2011 forward are available online for your convenience. Click the link below:

Then choose the “Login” link at the top of the page. Your log in information is printed on the paper 1098-T form that was mailed to you. If you do not have that form, you can retrieve your log in information by clicking “Need help logging in?”
Once you log into your account you may view and print your 1098-T form.
